HOURS: During regular school hours and in-service days.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Provide individual case management, crisis intervention, mediation, resource and referral, brief therapy, preventative/primary health care, transportation, recreation services, employment services (such as job seeking/keeping skills and interviewing skills), life skills, coordination of community resources to meet the student and/or family needs without duplication of services and provide follow up services to help ensure the plan of intervention is being implemented.

FEES: No fees for services during school days, special programs during in-service days may have a small fee depending on the activity.

ELIGIBILITY: School age, kindergarten to 12^th grade including alternative school students.

AREA SERVED: Webster City Community School District

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Referrals by individuals, parents, teachers, counselors, and students.

TRANSPORTATION: Staff will transport when appropriate.

ACCESSIBILITY: ADA compliant.
