Before participating in activities at the HHCSR Aegon Challenge Course, each participant must submit the following forms:

Reservations for the CO.P.E. course or other facilities are not official until a reservation form is submitted. A fill-in .pdf reservation form is available. Fill it out and hit the "Submit" button. If you have any problems submitting, you may print the form and bring, mail or FAX it to the Council Service Center.
