REGULAR MEETING: February 8, 2011. The regular meeting of the Oxford Junction City Council was held at the Wregie Memorial Library. Mayor Tank called roll at 6:15 pm. Council present were Bonny, Balichek, Ewing and Chase. Martin was Absent. Staff present was Hansen. Visitors were Marlene Flory-JFO & Midland Times and Jason Thompson.

Moved by Bonny seconded by Balichek to set May 9th & 10th as City wide clean up days. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
The Mayor and City Clerk will draft some new rules regarding yard waste pickup and present them to the Council at next months meeting. Yard waste pickup will be every Thursday starting April 7th and continuing through Nov 3rd.
Wink will be attending a Water Operator meeting on March 2nd in Manchester.
Tank reported that the landfill meeting has been postponed due to weather.
Mayor Tank has been helping the guys with snow hauling.
There are sidewalks that need to be cleaned. The maintenance guys have cleaned some earlier this year and will be doing it again when snow hauling is finished.
Kathy Chase reported that the library meeting has been postponed due to weather.
Moved by Bonny seconded by Balichek to approve giving a $100 donation to Summer Discovery Camp. Roll Call Vote. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Moved by Bonny seconded by Balichek to adjourn the meeting at 6:40.
Jones County Deputy Greg Graver stopped after the meeting but did not have a report for us.
There was a budget workshop held following the meeting.
