CALL TO ORDER

ROLL CALL

1. Approve agenda

2. Visitors:  Gary Hughes-ECICOG

3. Public Hearing for citizen comment concerning: (a) the CDBG funding application for the well project; and (b) a “Community Development and Housing Needs Assessment” to be included in the application

4. Authorizes the Mayor to execute with signature the CDBG funding application together with “Disclosure Report” and “Minority Impact Statement” for submittal to the Iowa Department of Economic Development.

5.  Discuss and/or approve City buying a truck and discuss funding.

6.  Adjourn
