2 hours (or less) - $20 per hour*

 

More than a 2 hour appointment - $15 per hour*

 

*No additional travel charge within a 60 mile radius of my home in Elberon, Iowa  (Cedar Rapids, Waterloo/Cedar Falls, Belle Plaine, etc.).

For further distances there is a travel charge of  .10 per mile (round trip).
