Fender Squire
Stratocaster review by TotalyHAB aka Dan: email me your
thoughts on this review The Squire Fender Stratocaster is a very
good guitar for its price; it has good sound quality, enough features, and a
beautiful look. One good quality about the guitar is the excellent pick ups
that give it more of a ring than a Stratocaster. Stringing the guitar is easy
but when you use the tremolo bar the string G goes out of tone very quickly.
The pickup level is merely impossible to adjust in the back and if you play a
lot of music that uses a lot of tremolo like Hendrix or Van Halen this could
get annoying. When I first purchased the guitar the input would become
extremely loose and fall out which was later fixed by lock tight. Over all I
am happy with the Fender Squire Stratocaster.
Lynyrd Skynyrd Concert review by
TotalyHAB aka Dan: email me your
thoughts on this review Lynyrd Skynyrd has always been one of my
favorite bands and when I saw them at the Jones County Fair it made me love
them even more. They started off with Saturday Night Special and ended with
free bird. The quality of sound that they put out was very excellent.
Everyone knows that the louder you have your amplifier the better the quality
sounds and Lynyrd Skynyrd had there amps at very high levels. I did not
expect that there would be a five minute piano solo at the beginning of free
bird, I also did not expect about 10 minutes of extra guitar music at the end
of Free Bird. The band did an excellent job and added an extra patriotic song
