Charges have been filed in a break-in that occurred at the Grand Central Station bar on March 29.
Belle Plaine Police have charged Rodney Cormeny, 43, of Newton with third degree burglary and second degree criminal mischief, both Class D felonies and fourth degree theft, a serious misdemeanor.
According to the report, entry was gained by forcing open the front door of the bar. Once inside, the suspect, along with a possible second suspect, not yet identified, allegedly pried open several gaming machines and a jukebox, taking an estimated $300. The damage to the door and the machines was listed at $2,488.
Cormeny was charged after blood found inside the establishment matched his DNA, local officers said. He is currently being held in the Jasper County Jail under unrelated charges.
