Service with New Bike Sales

The Bike Barn offers great service and lots of extras with every new bike sale.

• Free with the purchase of a new adult bike (customer chooses one):
  • A bottle, bottle cage, and kickstand ($19.50 value)
  • A kickstand and CD resettable or key lock ($23 value)
  • A kickstand and Bike Barn T-shirt ($27 value)
• Warranties
  • Manufacturer's warranties (similar for all bike store quality bikes)
    • Lifetime warranty against defects on frame and on rigid forks
    • Manufacturer's warranty on shock forks
    • One year warranty against defects on all other hardware parts
  • Warranty extras at The Bike Barn
    • Free tune-ups for first full year (as many and the customer needs or wants)
    • Free labor (in addition to the parts warrantied by the manufacturer) on any warranty problem
• Exchanges at time of sale
  • Exchange seats for the difference in value of the seats (no labor charge)
  • Exchange other parts for the difference in value plus a charge for the labor
• Discounts
  • 20% off all accessories purchased the day of the bike purchase
  • 10% off accessories purchased for a full year after the bike purchase

Service with Repairs

• One-day service on tune-ups and repairs is the norm
  • Bike Barn bikes in for a free tune-up are usually done while you wait
  • Most other bikes are often done while you wait or for pick-up the same day or the next day
  • Extensive repairs or repairs requiring parts which need to be ordered take longer
• Priority of repairs during very busy times

  • Every tune-up is suited to your bike
