1)  My software doesn't show a frontage road that goes on the north side of I-40 from exit 357 to 359.   The area around exit 357 can be viewed at Terraserver .  You can use the navigation keys to follow I-40 up to 118.  Although we get off I-40 at exit 357,  I'm assuming that Bob gets on 118 effectively at exit 359.
