
It all started out at the FIRST Iowa Meat Goat Wether Sale at Kalona Iowa. Beyer Patch Meat Goats sold 5 Wethers. Only 2 Beyer patch goats were entered in the Jackpot show at Washington Iowa. There was a total of 51 sold and 30 were entered in the Jackpot show.
Beyer Patch goat number 77 owned by James Wobschall showed in the light weight class where he stood second behind a Handy raised wether owned by Jacob Johnson. Beyer Patch goat number 99 owned by Nora Jo Beving stood 1st in the middle weight group and ended reserve overall behind Megan Mairets champion wether.
