For a free quote mail, fax or e-mail the following:

1. Art work (as an email attachment) - the cleaner the better. If necessary there will be an artwork charge of $45.00 to clean it up. For colors, send one design with color break-down and one black and white. Or you can mail them to me at the address below.
2. What items I will be embroidering on. (ie. knit, denim etc.)
3. At least one dimension, height or width. Lettering size MUST be at least 3/16" in height, for best results and clarity on knits, corduroy, or sweaters. I recommend nothing smaller than 1/4".
4. Time line.
5. I'll need a letter of release for any logos that have a registered trademark.
6. I would like all the orders to be C.O.D., or at least net 10.

For Decorated Apparel Orders mail, fax or e-mail the following:

1. Item # from Online Catalog
2. How many items you need
3. Sizes
4. Color(s) of items

And the following information if applicable:

1. Design #(s) from Stock Design Catalog
2. Words you want added to the design(s) and font style from Font Page
3. Any additional information
