I was born and raised in the Cascade, Iowa area and have lived here most of my life. I have been married to my wife, Carol for 32 years. We have one child, Carrie, who is married and is a school teacher

I have been in the real estate business for 15 years, the last 12 years with American Realty of Dubuque. I specialize in the small towns around Dubuque, Iowa and in acerages and farms.

I am also a certified appraiser, which I have been doing for the last 7 years, specializing in residential and farm appraisals.
