Schedule an appointment - ok, so you've convinced a customer to at least pursue the matter further. How do you want them to contact you? Do you want to just provide a phone number? Maybe an email address? Or, could they have a "cart" to which they add services they want, then the order gets submitted to you via email. What if each service had a "I have a question link", to which they click it, and can submit a question to you about the service via email, to which you can follow up with a phone call. Ideas...
