Rob Greene (Rick Washburn), former Green Beret and current CIA black bag operative has been estranged from his teenage son Danny (Keith Bogart) A ruthless group of CIA agents called “The Hangmen” is out to kill Rob. Their first attmept is ruined and they kill Danny's mom and stepdad. Danny escapes to a junkyard where one of his dad's old army buddies Dog Thompson (Dog Thomas) works. Danny and Dog try to figure out how to find Danny’s disappeared dad. Danny and Dog decide to go looking the rest of Rob's old Green Beret team for help when Danny's girlfriend Lisa (Sandra Bullock) is kidnapped. Using all their skills and knowledge of guns from Vietnam, they attack to free Lisa and find Rob.
