_______  Barbara Jensen/ Imperial Russian-Style Egg with raised paste and gold

_______  Andrew Orr/ Mixed Media Rose design.   Using live roses students will draw shapes with a pencil and incorporate them into a design which they will paint with oils on a 9x12" canvas.  They will then take

                     this design and apply it to their 10x14 porcelain tile.

_______Paula White/ Landscapes on a Vase (This is a change)

_______ Cherryl Meggs/ Wild Roses and Trumpet Vine gone Wild.  Designing with lusters, penwork, and subject matter.

_______ Paula Collins/ Mums with a choice of design.

 

Bonus 3-Day Session:  June 21-23

______Paula White/ Hollyhocks in Watercolor

______ Andrew Orr/ Still Life in Oils

 

Registration

Class assignments will be numbered and based on a first-received basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate your first or second choice of instructor.  Those registrations not indicating a second and third choice will be placed in a class chosen by the directors if the requested class is already filled.   No registrations will be accepted without a $50 deposit accompanying the form.

 

No placement preference will be held beyond April 1st without full payment.

 

A $30 service charge will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds of any money will be made to students who cancel after March 15th, 2013.

Motel Rooms are available at StoneyCreek Inn, Galena, IL

China and Firing

 

The size and shape of class pieces will be determined by the instructor and the directors.  Class pieces and all china fired at the school will be purchased from the school or a designated supplier present at the school.    No additional china will be sold by private parties at the school.  Tuition covers firing two class pieces per day. Additional pieces may be fired at a nominal cost only if kiln space is available. Randy Wollet will be the kiln master .
